Preheat your oven.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven to warm up.
Prepare the flatbread.
Place your flatbread on a cutting board or baking tray. Spread a generous layer of Kohkoz Baba Ghanoush over the flatbread, making sure to cover the surface evenly.
Add the toppings.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the baba ghanoush. Add the thinly sliced red onion, tomato, black olives, and fresh spinach leaves.
