Power Bowl with Hummus
This Hummus 'Power Bowl', also known as a 'Hummus Buddha Bowl', is a quick and easy lunch or dinner option that is also super healthy for you. You can customise the ingredients to suit your likings. Mix and match vegetables, grains, and toppings you like. Here are our suggested choices:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, tofu or other meat of choice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 cup Kohkoz traditional hummus
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Thinly slice the purple cabbage and yellow capsicum.
